How It's Built
Separate body-and-sleeve construction with rib-knit collar, cuffs and waistband. Snap-button placket or full zip front, welt or leather-trimmed pockets, and reinforced seams at every stress point — with a custom woven neck label and branded packaging.

Wool & leather vs. full sublimation
A traditional wool-and-leather varsity jacket is decorated with embroidery, chenille and appliqué — sublimation can’t dye natural wool or genuine leather. If you want unlimited colors, gradients or all-over artwork, we make a separate fully-sublimated varsity in polyester fleece, interlock or satin — ideal for esports, youth clubs and lighter promo jackets.
Varsity Jacket Questions
What’s the difference between a varsity and a letterman jacket?
They’re the same jacket. “Letterman” refers to the award tradition — the chenille letter earned for a sport or activity — while “varsity jacket” is the style itself, now worn by clubs, bands, staff and alumni too.
Do you use real leather or vegan leather sleeves?
Both. Genuine cowhide gives the traditional weight and patina; premium PU/vegan leather is lighter, animal-free and photographs almost identically. We’ll quote either.
Can you match our exact team colors?
Yes — color matching from a Pantone code or a physical swatch is standard on every order, including the rib stripe pattern. We send a proof before production begins.
Can non-athletes order a varsity jacket?
Absolutely. Bands, cheer squads, debate and robotics teams, honor societies, staff, boosters and alumni all order them — the letter jacket goes well beyond varsity sport.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
