Sublimation & chenille — the honest version
Full sublimation is printed on white polyester before cutting — it won’t work on nylon, cotton or dark polyester. And while chenille patches look great on heavy nylon, twill and streetwear coach jackets, they’re usually too heavy for thin promotional shells unless we reinforce the area. We’ll steer you to the right method for the shell you pick.

What’s the difference between a coach jacket and a puffer?
A coach jacket is a lightweight shell — snap front, pointed collar, drawcord hem — for light wind and rain. A puffer is insulated for real cold. Add a fleece or quilted lining to a coach jacket when you need extra warmth without the bulk of a puffer.
Can you fully print our design on a coach jacket?
Yes, on the sublimated coach jacket — unlimited colours, artwork, sponsors, names and numbers, even different designs per department. It’s printed on a white polyester shell; sublimation won’t work on nylon, cotton or dark shells.
Do you make insulated and long sideline versions?
Yes — insulated coach jackets with quilted or fleece lining, plus longer sideline builds with a hood and storm flap for cold-weather coaches and staff.
Can you match our colors and add staff names?
Yes — custom team colours and hardware, plus personalized names and staff roles (Head Coach, Assistant, Trainer) across the group. We send a proof first.
