Water-resistant, not waterproof
A DWR finish sheds light rain and snow, but it doesn’t make a jacket fully waterproof — that needs tested fabric, sealed seams and specific construction. We’ll tell you exactly what a given build can and can’t do, rather than over-promise.
Puffer Jacket Questions
Down or synthetic — which should we choose?
Down gives the best warmth-to-weight and loft but costs more and loses performance when soaked. Synthetic hollow-fibre is affordable, washable and stays warmer when damp — the usual pick for teams and schools. We’ll advise based on your climate.
Can you fully print our design on a puffer?
Yes — the sublimated team puffer takes all-over artwork, sponsors, names and numbers. It’s printed on a white polyester shell before quilting; sublimation won’t work on nylon, natural fabrics or dark polyester.
Do you make long coach coats and vests?
Yes — knee-length sideline/bench coats with two-way zips and storm flaps, plus insulated vests for corporate, golf and transitional weather.
Are your puffers waterproof?
They can be water-resistant with a DWR finish, which handles light rain and snow. True waterproofing requires tested fabric and sealed seams — ask us and we’ll confirm what a specific build achieves.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
