Sublimation needs a polyester shell
Full-colour sublimation is printed on white or light polyester before cutting and sewing — it doesn’t work on leather, cotton, wool or dark fabric. For solid dark nylon or satin bombers we use embroidery, appliqué, woven patches or screen printing instead.

What’s the difference between a bomber and a varsity jacket?
A bomber has a single-material shell and a cleaner surface — no leather sleeves. That makes it lighter, more modern, and better suited to fashion, corporate and promotional use.
Can you fully print our design across the whole jacket?
Yes, on the sublimated bomber — all-over patterns, gradients, sponsor logos and per-jacket artwork are all possible on a polyester shell. We can even print the lining.
Do you offer real leather bombers?
Yes — cowhide, sheepskin or goatskin with quilted satin lining and custom hardware, for luxury brands, clubs and corporate gifts.
Can you match our exact colors?
Yes, from a Pantone code or physical swatch, including the knit rib colors. We send a proof before production.
